1. Offer service & Submit your case

Offer remote ophthalmology advice to your pet owner -you can do this at or after your consultation - and let them know your fee. *Suggestion: Do not collect your fee to cover this service from your pet owner yet - wait to see whether the case is accepted first.

Use our secure online form to send patient details, history, and any photos or videos you have. The more complete the information, the more precise my advice will be.

2. Review & acceptance

I personally review each case to ensure I can help.

You’ll receive an email confirming acceptance along with your consultation option(s).

3. Payment

Once your case is accepted:

• The clinic calls the pet owner to collect payment.

• After receiving client payment, the clinic uses the secure link in the acceptance email to pay Ojo Veterinario.

*This avoids the need for client refunds if a case cannot be accepted.

4. Receive your consultation

• 📝 Written report – Delivered within 2 UK business days after payment.

• 📞 Phone call – Discuss the case live at a convenient time for you.

• ✅ Both – The most complete option, with a report and follow-up discussion.
